RS Builders and Developers is a family-owned real-estate firm, established in 2013. Our partners have an experience of 15 years with more than 20 completed projects across Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada and Eluru. We currently have 5 running projects (residential/commercial) and a gated community near Bheemili within an extent of 6 acres situated on the Dorathota 100 feet road. We aspire for this project as the crown jewel in our projects.

Rajasekhar P
- Managing Partner, RS Builders and Developers
Mr. P. Rajasekhar (M.S) had experience in the line of production at various companies in the line of press and media. A PR (Permanent Resident) holder from Singapore, he returned to India in 2006 to venture into the construction industry.
He was the majority shareholder at Sri Sampath Vinayaka Builders and Sai Sampath Vinayaka Builders and finally commenced his own development firm constituting solely of his family members at RS Builders and Developers in 2013.
As a Managing Partner, Mr. P. Rajasekhar holds a 25% share in RS Builders and Developers. He has had the experience of completing more than 20 projects in Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada with his previous firms. He also served as the Vice-President and State Committee Member of NAREDCO Visakhapatnam and is serving as the Governing Council member of NAREDCO Andhra Pradesh presently.
Pradeep P
- Executive Partner, RS Builders and Developers
Mr. P. Pradeep (B.Tech-ECE), s/o P.Rajasekhar, joined the family business after finishing UG in 2013 at RS Builders and Developers. He owns a share of 24% at the firm and oversees the new projects and financial aspects of the firm. He served as the Chair of CII-Yi Visakhapatnam for the Year 2018-2019 and Chair for the year 2019-2020.
He represented India at the Commonwealth Alliance for Young Entrepreneurs Summit at (i) London (2016), (ii) Commonwealth Games, Gold Coast (2018). He also assisted in drafting the G.O for building economic cities for the State Government of Andhra Pradesh in 2017.
