Re-Development of Old Apartments
Buildings which are older than 20 years tend to show degradation of quality in various aspects, such as cracks opening up in the structure, leakages in plumbing, failed/burnt electrical provisions and equipment, etc. They also lack most of the modern amenities like auto-door lift, generator backup to most of the electrical points, UPVC windows, CCTV cameras, to name a few.
We undertake old building re-development for such old apartments, by providing various finance options to the existing flat owners. This, in turn, gives the flat owners a brand new flat with modern amenities, as well as increases their property value.

- All our designs are vastu compliant.
- We ensure that there is affluent sunlight and ventilation in all the flats.
- We use premium brick quality and other materials like high density thermocol (24kg/m) in top floors to ensure high thermal insulation from the atmosphere.
- We aim to use carbon neutral, sustainable materials in our construction
